Zhanna Nurzhanova (pictured), 36, was said to be furious that her boyfriend had sent his sister pictures of another woman on his phoneThe incident took place at their home in Kazakhstan when Zhanna Nurzhanova secretly gave her boyfriend him sleeping pills. She then injected him with anesthesia before cutting his private part.
According to the Daily Mail, she drove him to the hospital for treatment where doctors called the police.
The woman has been arrested and a case registered.
