The wedding ceremony of Damilo, the daughter of Nigeria’s vice president, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, was held at the old banquet hall of the Presidential Villa, Aso Rock, Abuja with guests filling the venue to capacity on Thursday, March 15.
The private engagement ceremony of Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo and Dolapo’s daughter, Damilola to Seun Bakare, son of billionaire business woman, Bola Shagaya, took place in Aso Rock, yesterday March 15th.
Guests at the ceremony included The First Lady of Nigeria, Aisha Buhari; Pastor [Mrs] Folu Adeboye, wife of the General overseer of RCCG; Ahmed Indimi, some governors from different states amongst others.
Journalists were deprived of covering the event as they were informed that Osinbajo and the groom’s family opted for a lowkey ceremony.
The white wedding is said to be scheduled to take place at the National Christian Centre, Abuja, on Saturday, March 17.
