President Muhammadu Buhari-led Federal Government has said the weekly Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting which usually holds every Wednesday would not take place this week after all.
The meeting was cancelled due to the ongoing Lake Chad Basin Commission (LCBC) conference in Abuja.
According to the Presidency, “The meeting of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) will not hold on Wednesday, Feb 28, 2018. This is due to the participation of President @MBuhari and a significant number of ministers at the High-Level Meeting of @lcbcconference, for the better part of that day.”
