We believe in the power of technology to transform lives, disrupt industries, solve problems, drive growth, improve efficiency and create value for all stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Position: Business Analyst<br \/>\nJob Location:<\/strong> Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a Business Analyst with exceptional ability to elicit, understand and document business requirements to join our team.<\/li>\n<li>You will also be responsible for managing client relationships, project delivery, sales opportunities, responding to RFPs and discovering new business.<\/li>\n<li>You should be able to facilitate clear communication between business users and technology teams.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate will be a business analyst looking to gain sales and project management experience.<\/li>\n<li>The role is flexible and allows you choose your work hours as long as you meet your deliverables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing client and partner relationships and ensuring quality service delivery<\/li>\n<li>Elicitation and documentation of Business Requirements into SRDs and SOWs<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with the technology teams to ensure timely project delivery<\/li>\n<li>New business development<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring timely and effective follow-up of leads and opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Making sales presentation and product demos<\/li>\n<li>Writing proposals in response to RFPs<\/li>\n<li>Writing relevant content for company and client blogs periodically.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Candidate Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic thinker who is self-motivated to constantly interact with customers on the phone\/web &amp; address complex problems with exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with ability to analyse data sets and make valuable recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter, team player, high energy, reliable and strong work ethic.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient use of protoyping tools like Moqups, Just-in-mind, (pen and paper) for capturing business requirements.<\/li>\n<li>General knowledge of Business Process Management, Digital Marketing, Content Management Systems, Electronic Document Management and Software Development process.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of SQL and web technologies &#8211; HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with team collaboration tools e.g. Slack, Asana, Teamwork etc.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with our current solutions &#8211; ProcessMaker, Kentico CMS and LogicalDoc will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Strong desire to learn, push the envelope, and share knowledge with others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business Analysis: 2 to 3 years<\/li>\n<li>Business Writing: 2 to 3 years<\/li>\n<li>Product Presentation: 1 to 2 years<\/li>\n<li>Project Management: 1 year or less<\/li>\n<li>Requirements Specification: 2 to 3 years<\/li>\n<li>Prototyping: 1 to 2 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>APPLY HERE:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.jobgurus.com.ng\/applicants\/login?return_to=jobs%2Fapply%2Fbusiness-analyst-17\">http:\/\/www.jobgurus.com.ng\/applicants\/login?return_to=jobs%2Fapply%2Fbusiness-analyst-17<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vacancy for Business Analyst in Lagos dipoleDIAMOND &#8211; We are a Business Solutions and Training firm committed to finding cost-effective solutions for Startups, SMEs and Enterprises.
