But he talks to Africans frankly,\u201d Museveni said. \u201cIn the world, you cannot survive if you are weak.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Ugandan leader was addressing members of the regional East African Legislative Assembly.<\/p>\n<p>Several African nations have expressed shock and condemnation at Trump\u2019s remark. He has denied using that language while others present says he did.<\/p>\n<div id=\"f88c3f1rvcmtHq\" class=\"moat-trackable pb-f-theme-normal pb-f-dehydrate-false pb-f-async-true pb-feature pb-layout-item pb-f-page-newsletter-inLine injected-by-front-end\">\n<div class=\"border-bottom- border-bottom- nl-top-hairline\">\n<div class=\"newsletter-inline-unit codedNewsletter\">\n<div class=\"signup-module row inline-newsletter\">\n<div class=\"sign-up col-xs-4 open-sign-up\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"clear\">Museveni, one of Africa\u2019s longest-serving leaders, also called Trump an honest man during his State of the Nation address on Jan 1.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Earlier on Tuesday, U.S. Ambassador Deborah Malac met Uganda\u2019s speaker of parliament, Rebecca Kadaga, and described Trump\u2019s controversial remark as \u201cobviously quite disturbing and upsetting.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Associated
