Davido composed a song talking about having N30bn in ones account and he’s well on his way towards that total after raking in half a billion naira from his recently held concert.

The concert was named the ‘Thirty Billion’ concert in homage to the phrase he popularized in ‘If’.

Whilst the concert was criticized by Nigerians, it seems to have been a massive hit financially.

The singer took to Snapchat few moments ago to brag about the concert. According to him, he and his team made ‘half a billion’ on December 27th last year.

This week has been a great week in the music industry and for music lovers.

Just when the performance of Wizkid and Davido was still on the lips of Nigerians, Davido decided to bring all the Mo’Hit stars on stage to perform some of their hit songs.

Nigerians who attended the sold-out concert as well as the over 50,000 fans who kept a close tab on the concert via Snapchat, Instagram live and twitter could not contain their excitement.

Davido, whose concert trended in the US, said it took him two months to make this happen deserves an accolade for bringing back what was once the ruling group of the music industry.

Dec 28, 2017:  Nigerian music sensation David Adedeji Adeleke, aka #Davido, has declared, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, aka #Wizkid his new best friend.

Davido speaking at one of Africa’s biggest AfroHipHop concert of the year tagged  ’30 Billion Concert’ said to thousands of fans in attendance ‘would you like to meet my new best friend?” to which everyone heartily yelled “yes”.

Wizkid soon emerged from backstage and the two embraced.

Wizkid and Davido Wizkid went on to perform one of his recent street jams ‘Manya’ alongside Davido raising the ecstasy in the atmosphere several notches higher.

WizKid soon gave Davido a hearty shout out before exiting the stage. It is clear that this occasion would mark the beginning of a long-lasting bromance between both stars.
