The Ijesha people in Osun State appreciates a worthy son of Ijesaland Rauf Aregbesola for breaking the jinx of the abandoned Ijesa water project of close to 40 years.<\/p>\n<p>The Water Dam at Kajola, a distance of about 30Km to Ilesa that will supply 60,000 cubic meters daily is almost completed with overhead high voltage cable to power the booster stations at advanced stage.<\/p>\n<p><img required for pumping of water from the dam to the 3 booster stations have arrived Osogbo railway station for onward transmission to Ilesa.<\/p>\n<p>Laying of these pipes will commence in few days.
