and Steel sector of the economy.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the following positions in Lagos State:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Position:\u00a0<\/strong>Production Supervisor<br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organize work flow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules<\/li>\n<li>Submit reports on performance and progress<\/li>\n<li>Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points,equipment,and resources;maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Provide manufacturing information by compiling,initiating,sorting,and analyzing production performance records and data;answering questions and responding to requests<\/li>\n<li>Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices,record\u00adkeeping systems,forms of control,and budgetary and personnel requirements<\/li>\n<li>Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs;evaluating new equipment and techniques<\/li>\n<li>Set daily\/weekly\/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification\/Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+years\u2019 experience in Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement approved preventive and predictive maintenance plans and programs to ensure the availability, reliability and efficiency of equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality\u00a0 products and reduce wastage.<\/li>\n<li>Applying proper supervisory skills team management in achieving all deliverable<\/li>\n<li>Provide training and guidance to team members to accomplish productions goals.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with planning and implementing plant improvement and expansion<\/li>\n<li>Prepare report, analyze and make recommendation for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development of maintenance policies, strategies, plans and programs<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking words orders, spare parts and maintenance history of plant equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification\/Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completed a fully indentured apprenticeship with a mechanical\/ electrical\/ electronic discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), lean manufacturing<\/li>\n<li>Experience of managing profit and Loss (P&amp;L) responsibilities for maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of manufacturing and procurement\/supply chain<\/li>\n<li>Relevant Manufacturing\/Engineering degree is preferred, or HND<\/li>\n<li>5+ years experience in maintenance management role<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics<\/li>\n<li>Extensive plant level experience with significant proven man management experience<\/li>\n<li>Environmental\/Industrial analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Competence Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Effective interpersonal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership and man management skills<\/li>\n<li>Electric, plumbing, management, maintenance, welding, carpentry skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in equipment repair and maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Excellent customer service skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational, prioritization and follow up skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Position:\u00a0<\/strong>Electrical Mechanical Technician<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\nOrganization: NASCON Allied Industries Plc<br \/>\nEmployment Type: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Install electric parts and hardware using appropriate tools equipment such as soldering irons Align and fit assemblies using hand and power tools<\/li>\n<li>Fabricate replacements (temporarily where possible) for unavailable parts until they can be procured from the vendor<\/li>\n<li>Diagnose issues with complex control systems and employ tactics to resolve them electively<\/li>\n<li>Install, maintain and repair a variety of electrical and mechanical equipment<\/li>\n<li>Perform regular and preventative maintenance on installed electric and mechanical equipment<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot complex problems associated with electrical and mechanical machinery by following precedential steps and corrective actions<\/li>\n<li>Train others to install, use, or maintain electrical and mechanical systems<\/li>\n<li>Execute functions requiring a thorough knowledge of electrical\/electronic and mechanical theories and principles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification\/Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree, NABTEB Electrical Mechanical certification or equivalent from an approved institution<\/li>\n<li>3 years previous experience in a maintenance technician role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Competence Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning and Organizing skills<\/li>\n<li>Good oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment<\/li>\n<li>A thorough knowledge of electrical\/electronic components and equipment including the use of special instruments for diagnostic purposes<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience regarding industry HSE
