The club sits third on the league after 12 weeks, marking the end to the first round of the 20-team league.<\/p>\n<p>He was awarded a \u2018Bronze bull plaque\u2019 along with his captain, Perr Schuurs, who was also named best player over the period.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"article-content__wrap-quote\">\n<p class=\"article-content__quote\">I&#8217;m very honored to win this prize. He took over the reigns in July 2015 after another ex-player the late Stephen Keshi was sacked from the role.<\/p>\n<p>The widely traveled midfielder has had professional stints with <span class=\"caps\">AFC<\/span> Ajax (Holland), Borussia Dortmund (Germany) and Juventus FC (Italy).
