Dec 23, 2017: Tuface calls for campaign against filling stations hoarding fuel
Nigerian musician 2baba Idibia took to his Twitter handle to call for a campaign against filling stations that refuse to sell fuel and other needed organic products at hiked prices.
Same Tuface has called off a proposed nationwide protest against bad governance in the past few months.
His tweets reads, “make we start campaign say make dem shut down any station wey no wan sell petrol normal.”
Meanwhile, Kano state governor’s daughter, Fatima Ganduje had taken to Instagram to rant about the fuel scarcity that is ongoing in the country.
She wrote, “I have asked myself the question over and over again, when are we going to get it right as a country? Development is a two way street, the leadership and the followership must understand this. Until we get the basics for our foundation right, we will continue to roam in darkness”.
